Not in the cited law: Every eligible new resident must register to vote within a fixed number of days after moving into Vermont

What the cited law does instead. 17 V.S.A. § 2121(a) says that any person who meets its conditions on election day may register to vote in the town of his or her residence; it is a permission, not a duty, and sets no period after a move. The reading is bounded to section 2121.
